**September 2026 Officers’ meeting RCL NFP**

Financial report:

Over by $800/month, 127 active memberships.

**Old Business:**

* Repair Cafe: Saturday 9/12, 1-4p. Please come help chaperone/help. Please park on the\
  backside of the building to free up the lot for guests.
* Cricut class: 9/9, nudge your friends, $10/members, $20/nonmembers. Please contact
* <rivercitylabs@gmail.com>
* Rentable area: table for now, will go into executive session after.
* Possible addition of Smart Board to clean room.
* Eufy: Bill has sent 2 emails - they have been given the option to replace the machine or refund\
  the cost of our current machine. They have been given 10 days to respond. If no resolution is\
  reached, we will be pursuing other avenues up to and including legal arbitration.
* Do a class, get a free month of membership!
* AI policy forthcoming.

**New Business:**

* Bears play on 10/22, we will be having a chili cook-off that night.
* Anniversary date: need to pick a date and catering options. Date is 11/12 - will discuss food.
* Officers nominations have gone out, please fill out by 9/30.\
  Entered Executive session.

* Please clean up after yourselves and keep an eye on the trash and the bathroom.
