**August 2026 Officers’ meeting RCL NFP**

**Financial report:**

* 120 members for July over by almost 1.5k
* Old Business:
* IGNITE: Very positive day. Be prepared to give tours this Thursday, especially highlighting the\
  expansion.
* 9/12 repair cafe - please come help monitor/supervise, looking for a welder.
* Charcuterie board class postponed until at least November.
* Cricut class: September, $10/members, $15/nonmembers
* Building has more trashcans and brooms and mops, please use them.
* The former 3D print room is now the RCL office.

**New Business:**

* Looking for a volunteer to fill the water jugs Thursday night.
* Smart board has been mounted in new space.
* Considering offering rentable are in the new expansion - pricing of $5 month/month, $15 for 3x6,\
  25 for 5x6 and $45 for 10x6.
* We received an email offering us free two year licenses for software applications.
* Eufy - Still broken, can’t get anyone on the phone to help. After several attempts we are still\
  stuck. We do not have an ETA.
* Proposed no AI policy. Will discuss
* Tools on load program is JUST for members.
