**July 2026 Officers’ Meeting RCL NFP**

**Attendance:**

**Treasurer report:**

*  124 memberships, $1676 in checking.

**Old Business:**

* IGNITE: 8/8 at the Civic Center, as a sponsor we will have a prominent booth at the front.\
  Please volunteer for half or full day shifts. There will be no food, no water, nothing allowed.\
  Security will be checking stuff. Load in is Friday, 8/7. Please come help! We still need Pinewood\
  Derby cars as well.
* July charcuterie board class delayed, will update.
* Sewing class: 7/22 and 8/26. Starting with a basic grocery style bag.
* GloForge is gone.
* Please review safety precautions for the new laser.
* New expansion: Confirming new deal with a 2 year lease. Additional $1000 per month. We may\
  need additional property insurance. Right now, we need to decide when we take possession.\
  Suggestion is to pull $4k out of the rainy day fund to have it accessible for emergencies and\
  incidentals. Once we access the space, we will be placing things out with painter’s tape before\
  moving. A copy of the contract will be posted in the to all officers channel. Plan on Saturday the\
  15th for moving.
* Please keep us in mind with CAT match donations.
* PeoriaCon: Waiting to talk to them.
* Officers nominations: 9/1 open with 30 days to nominate. November vote.
* November annual party: TBD
* Air conditioner is out, it has been reported, waiting for a fix.

**New Business:**

* St Jude Run: 25th anniversary for Josh, donating $250 from RCL.
* Please pick up your water bottles or take them with you. We are looking into a machine that\
  does hot and cold water, as well as ice. Please bring your own reusable bottle to use.
* We’ll buy a box of crystals to use with the new UV laser. It will be addressed at the members\
  meeting this week.
* BBQ chicken Thursday night.
