**May 2026 Officers’ meeting RCL NFP**

**Financial report:**

* We are just short of 30k in assets currently

**Old Business:**

* IGNITE: Getting close! Target date for Pinewood Derby night is 6/25. Please come and help out!
* Table construction: Very impressive and heavy piece of equipment. Once it is finished, we will\
  have a board game night.
* GloForge will be offered to membership base for $300, or $500 to public after 7/1.
* Possible Intro to Sewing classes upcoming. One will be for members, the other will be open to\
  the public. Bill is also thinking about doing resin pouring class for charcuterie boards. Target\
  date is July, cost is $100 for supplies. Jeep will be giving a Eufy class around 6/1.
* Possible expansion: Holding, landlord has not been informed of the moveout.
* If you use the Cricut mats, please wash when finished, that is how we preserve the stickiness.
* Crowdsourcing for UV laser, we are $1400 short.

**New Business:**

* Potential price change for ink for the UV printer - the program itself deep cleans automatically\
  every 3 days. We have had to already replace the entire cleaning cartridge for $40. We have 2\
  additional onhand but will need to plan for more. It was initially 60 cents/ml, not knowing what\
  the cost would be. Suggested raise is 80 cents/ml or $1/ml. Alternative is that we provide a\
  certain amount of maintenance goods for all machines.
* Consumables - evaluating different pathways to continue supporting space needs but do not\
  have any current changes.
* Time change for Officer’s meeting to 7p going forward for the rest of the year.
* Saturday we will be prepping RCL at ICC North for the Repair Cafe. We’d like to colab with them,\
  but will need members to supervise/help out.
* If you see someone you don’t recognize, please ask if they are a member or have them do a\
  waiver, we have to CYA!
* We received a donation from CAT - 4-8 color filament changer for single head printer. We will\
  convert one of the PRUSAs into a 4 color printer.
* Friday the resin for the table will be delivered. We will be getting set up to pour.
