# 04/14/2026

**April 14, 2026 Officers’ meeting RCL NFP**

**Attendance:**

**Financial report:**

* 124 memberships, PNC has 8.4k, Paylpal 3.5k, CD 3k, MM 20.4k. After\
  everything, we are over by 1.8k for the month of March. 5.1k left to spend on tools. 
* Shapeoko XXL CNC was sold for $300 (per agreement) and proceeds were donated to Honor Flight.

**Old Business:**

* Ignite: Needs to be our focus right now. Ignite is Saturday, August 8th, 2026.
* If you have filament at the space, Put it in a Ziploc with desiccant if you want it to not crumble.\
  Pinewood Derby 
* Build Night: Need to decide what we’re doing and have people sign up for the\
  slots to help at Ignite.
* CNC: Don came and finished a project
* UV Printer: Canvas stretches in heat cycles and will damage the printer.
* Spring cookout: TBD
* Purchasing: 5.1k left. $1400 short for UV laser
* Probably getting rid of GloForge

**New Business:**

* New table for the hangout room: Half has been crowd sourced, we are $400 away. Putting it to\
  membership to vote on buying the rest.
* Board game night: TBD, after RCH show is over, looking at June
* Please remember to clean up after yourself and take out garbage if it is full
* Classes: Need to get some scheduled to keep new members. There will need to be one for the UV printer. There is a learning curve to it. Think of ones you can give.
* Expansion: If we expand, we will be purchasing the existing security cameras from Josh at a\
  discount. Gas and electrical would be a straight run over, $700/monthly increase.
