**March 10, 2026 Officers’ Meeting RCL NFP**

Executive session called for potential member code of conduct review and the officers are\
investigating and will take appropriate action.

Treasurer report: We have money. Even with the stipend we are over 1.5k over, and 24 active\
memberships.

**Old Business:**

Eufy should be in the last week of March/1st week of April. Ink will be 2 weeks later. Will got his\
set up, look on printing channel for demo. We should make a line item sheet at the machine\
where you login and record your project and the amount of ink you used.

Engineering day: Success! We had 1 sign up and 9 tours. Thank you to everyone who\
participated!

PeoriaCon: Tourists upset that we weren’t selling our things. They wanted to buy, not belong.\
Jason dropped the ball on posting for our demos. Success will be determined by tours.

Sponsorship for IGNITE: Rep is willing to work with us. 1k does not get us social media, 2.5k will\
get us social media advertising.

Radio interview: PR person from the radio wants to do something with Bike Town, possible trade\
in the works

Horror Fiesta: On hold for now.

CNC woodworking machine: Alan is going to work with Doug to figure out specifics/details.

Embroidery machine: Kudos to Charlie for messing around with it and figuring it out! We will be\
holding classes upcoming.Laser: Nothing new is posted on the wishlist. Want to make sure we get the right machine for the right amount of money.

We are looking at getting more space in the building. No new updates, do not know if bid was\
accepted. Earliest possible acquisition is in July.

**New Business:**

We did purchase a new filament dryer with 4 slots and higher temp. We’ve found that filament is\
having a hard time. We also have ziplock bags and desiccant. Please put yours in a dryer and bag\
with desiccants. You may need to come save your filament.

GlowForge: Looking into - we have the materials for when we have the time. It needs to be\
100% level. May possibly need a bracket or bolt to hold in place.

Will purchase draper hooks for Ignite for our banner.

Purchased a speaker to put RCL logo on and take to events.

Will be planning Spring Cookout. Possible RCL bags tournament.

One of the older 3D printers is reaching end of life. 280mm 6 filament printer going on Wishlist.

Jeep will also be identifying machines that need TLC/replacing.
