**August 2026 Members’ meeting RCL NFP**

Thank you everyone for your help with IGNITE and help with the move!

**Financial report:**

* 120 memberships for July. Took 5k out of MM and moved into account for supplies. Grant\
  paperwork in the works.

**Old Business:**

* IGNITE was fairly successful - 4 tours and 1 membership. Not necessarily worth sponsorship\
  since the Civic Center changed the way they do things.
* Repair Cafe: 9/12 at 1p, please come help supervise and answer questions and collect waivers.\
  Please let Heather know if you will be here and what you are available to do.
* Charcuterie board postponed until November.
* Cricut class 9/9,
* Sewing class is next Wednesday at 6p, class is full. $10/members, $20/nonmembers.\
  Please let us know if there is a class or skill you’d like to have!
* PeoriaCon: No info back yet
* Officer nominations are due by 9/30. Please make nominations and reach out to existing officers\
  for questions. Eliminating 2 positions and adding 1. Please propose any desired bylaw changes\
  or additions.
* Wishlist: seeing nothing new, please add things you’d like to see. We have no big ticket items\
  currently.
* TBD November/December anniversary party.
* Eufy is still on the fritz. They are suspecting a firmware issue, as users across the board are\
  struggling. Machine is also leaking.
* UV laser is up and running, please talk to Jeep for training.
* Water machine is down and a replacement is on the way.
* Playground: Project available to help with construction. Please see Mary.
* Officers are still working on verbiage for rental space. Please let us know if you are interested\
  and we will have a procedure set up for that.
* AI Policy: proposal not to use AI for social media/other things - needs to be a bylaws change\
  that goes through a larger vote.

**New Business:**

* Please help us keep the place clean.
