Financial report:

We are over by almost 2k, a new high!

Old Business:

IGNITE: 8/8 at the Civic Center, setup on the 7th for pinewood derby and bigger toys. Please come and help update our pinewood derby cars on 6/25. We will have kits, please come build. You can also 3d print. We will have food and water, please sign up for at least half a day. We’d like to see 6 tours and 1 membership from it. We will be doing a 1 month membership lottery.

Table construction: Resin has been poured, whole thing has been routered and sanded with 40 grit. Will be doing 80 grit before we pour. Feet and crossbars are done. Late June we will have a board game night.

GloForge will be listed for sale with glue kit to fix lid. $350 for members, $500 for public.

Sewing class: waiting on return call from leader. We are looking at an internal membership class and an external membership class. We have enough space and machines for a different class.

July charcuterie class, about $100 for resin mold, wood, etc. WIll be a 2 or 3 day class to allow for pouring and sanding.

Next Thursday: Sanding party! Eufy class: starting to pick up usage. It succeeds or fails epically. Securing your work to the bed is top priority - heat will damage it and the print head. Jeep is available for assistance, there is definitely a learning curve.

New Business:

Pricing change for Eufy printer: Based upon ink consumption, we will be increasing to $1/ml based on witnessing how it works and the cleaning supplies are higher than anticipated. Effective immediately.

Wishlist: UV printer is the major item, we are 1.4k short and we are looking at crowdsourcing and holiday sales. We will be revisiting in the fall after reviewing financials and possible budget expansion.

Consumables: Please be mindful, especially for ink for sublimation printer, sandpaper, propane, etc. Please donate or throw $$ in the cookie jar to help out.

TOMORROW ONLY at Runnings at Washington and Pekin is doing a 50% off propane take fill.

We have changed the time of the Officers' meeting. IT has been moved up to 7p on the 2nd Tuesday of the month.

Repair cafe went well. We are going to be a host of Repair Cafe on 9/12 from 1-5. We need members to staff building. If our tools are needed, a member must be the one to use/operate. Good cross-promotion!

CAT donation going toward the color filament changer. Kevin checking out specs. Rather than cutting the filament, the machine welds it together.

Clean room is no longer the meeting area!

We are approaching election time again - some officer positions are new or need filled. It’s a great way to learn more about doing things. You must be a full member in good standing for at least 6 months.

Please clean up after yourself and take the trash out if it needs!

Still waiting on information regarding expansion.

Thursday night football season is coming up, come socialize!

Classes: Please think about what classes we could host/you could give. It is important for member engagement.
